Grown in the volcanic highlands of the Gayo plateau, Gayo Arabica is celebrated for its heavy body, low acidity, and complex sweetness. The traditional wet-hulled method gives it a signature earthy depth layered with chocolate, herbal, and spicy tones. Gayo is also the home of Indonesia's rarest wild civet coffee.
